Cheesy Garlic Rolls

Happy birthday to my awesome husband Tim!  In honor of him I give you…(drum roll please) … (have you seen the movie Christmas Vacation with Chevy Chase?  If so that is the drum roll I want) … I give you the recipe for these fantastic out-of-this-world Cheesy Garlic Rolls!!  I know the drum roll was cheesy, but I am just trying to be as cheesy as these rolls are 🙂  You may have seen the video of these Cheesy Garlic Rolls on the Make the World Sweet Facebook page.  If you aren’t following my Facebook page you should by clicking here because I post regular updates about upcoming tv filmings as well as share sneak peeks of recipes.

So back to these amazing rolls.  I created these rolls using the flavors of garlic fries as my inspiration because I love my garlic, salt, and cheese.  The main difference is instead of using the potato for the carb we use rolls.  These Cheesy Rolls are great to take to family dinners or whip up quickly for a meal at home.  These rolls are so delicious that my husband requested his own batch for his birthday because he loves them THAT much.  Which is proven by the fact that he ate 8 rolls (no exaggeration) the last time I made this recipe.  So enjoy and let me know what you think!

Cheesy Garlic Rolls

Makes 20 rolls

20 frozen rhode rolls

1/2 cup melted butter

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup italian cheese

1/4 cup chopped parsley

 

Plaze frozen dough in glass pan.  Let rise for 3-4 hours. After dough has risen tie each dough ball into a knot.  Combine melted butter, garlic powder, salt, parsley and cheese. Pour butter mixture over rolls.  Bake rolls in oven heated to 350 degrees for 18-20.
